Error Contacting Server issue in iPad (Version 6.0)

Hi!

I am unable to login to access point from iPad (Version 6.0) and it prompts an error saying "Error contacting server"

Please help on this.

Hi,

Make sure you are connected to the same network as that of your QlikView server.

Have a look at attached document on how to configure.

Let me know if that worked.

No,If your server is not hosted on Public IP.

You can access it from outside network if your server is hosted on Public IP.
