All 5 QlikView Services produce log messages in text files. If anything goes wrong while starting or doing regular tasks, it leaves traces in those log files. Even when the service crashes.
If we pick an arbitrary service like for instance the QMS (responsible for displaying the QMC web pages that don't seem to work anymore), on your server look into folder C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log and pick the most recent log file.
