EventID 300 SE_LOG: User - GetStringS: Failed to LookupAccountName. Domain (), Name ()

Hi all,

Kindly someone help me with this issue ASAP.

Usually, users were able to access the application through access point by using their windows Login Id's. Since, 4 days no one is able to login into access point. whereas, i'm able to login with the Service account ID (which is used for accessing the application on local computer).The Service account ID is also located under the same group as other ID's in Active Directory. No changes had been done in QMC or section access. Even there are no changes made in Active Directory.

The qlikviewserver event_log gives the following error:

SE_LOG: User - GetStringS: Failed to LookupAccountName. Domain (), Name () 

System Error: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

The qlikview webserver log gives the following error :
