try this

a:

LOAD id,

     sales

FROM

(ooxml, embedded labels, table is Sheet1);

Data: 

LOAD *, 

     If(sales, sales, Peek(Value1)) as Value1 

    Resident a Order By id Asc; 

Drop table a;
