Export failed at AccessPoint

Hi All,

I am getting below error while trying to access app/qvw through AccessPoint  after 3 mins.

"Export failed please check server log for more details (It's most likely that export process took too much server resources)"

Checked session log, it says as "Session expired after idle time".

And checked time out options at QlikView Server and Desktop (document properties) all looks fine.

I am suspecting that CPU usage more than 90%. Could you please assist on this if possible.

Note - Number of rows/records count is around 9,50,000.

Hi,

Sometime it may be due to high memory consumption, try to first release memory and check that how many users that time access that application.

Try to restart QVS and then try to export, if it doesn't work so try to export year wise data.

Couple of things in play here, there are export limits set in the QVServer by default, 180 seconds in time and size is unlimited.  

QVS export limit settings

The other setting that can be in play if using Ajax would be the following article:

SocketTimeOutInSeconds

I would venture one of those two or both are the underlying issue.
