Exporting to Excel

Users are getting attached error while trying to export to excel. Please let me know for solution.

how long does the export take?

If you try to export a few rows, do you get the same?

Hi Ioannis,

Its not taking much time.

and others objects they can export only with CHART object they have problem.

One more thing from my side I can export that same object without any issue. There is no security even. this application is under testing by users.

Hi Priya, can you check if you can export the chart in your computer with those user credentials? Maybe is caused by an Internet Explorer configuration.
