Expressions not interacting with Master Calender

Hello

I was wondering if someone could kindly take a look at the following expression as at the present time the expression is not interacting with my master calender and the data remains static  when I try and interact with the calender

I have also noticed that the expression does NOT limit to the data_source specified

Any suggestions are most welcome

Time(Fractile({$<FactDateNum = {">=$(=v_Start_Date_ED)<=$(=v_End_Date_ED)"}>}{<data_source={'Main ED'}>}ED_Total_Wait,0.95)/1440, 'hh:mm')

Time(Fractile({$<FactDateNum = {">=$(=v_Start_Date_ED)<=$(=v_End_Date_ED)"}, data_source={'Main ED'}>}ED_Total_Wait,0.95)/1440, 'hh:mm')

That day I mentioned earlier about getting nearer to mastering set analysis may not be far away, but it certainly is not today
