Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document
I have the above issue since Tuesday 6 Nov 2018, all users (except admins) cannot open any dashboard (even dashboard with no section access restriction). Everything was okay the day before and no changes have been made in between.
For your information, I am using user CAL server type.
I have done the following actions, however the issue is still there:
- reset the server
- restart all Qlikview services
- change license
I would appreciate your help and thoughts on this issue please.
