Fiscal year period growth?

Hello,

I have following data by fiscal year (start from 1 may - 30 April)

Fiscal Year      Field 1       Field 2

2011-2012      355             324

2010-2011     202876        436022

2009-2010     143611        384326

2008-2009     50369          136769

Q: how do i calculate fiscal period over period % growth?

Hope anyone can help me out!

sorry, i would like to make % growth based on Field 2 (above example)

My guess is:

=([Field 1]-below([Field 1]))/below([Field 1])
