Get Value selected

Hi

I need to get the user to select all possible values from Family cost list box after  other selections done but to unselect either "Transport Costs Drop Off Points" or "Transport Costs End Customer" after making other selections.  How to I get the selected values from the selection of Family Cost?

In this case it might easier to use bookmarks for complex/multiple selections.

After making selections in the other fields you can right click the Family Cost listbox and choose Select Possible. Next you can unselect the two Transport Costs values.

Use bookmark . and u can apply actions on it.  it may be opening a sheet or whatever it is.
