Get number from previous period

Dear all

Can someone help to advise how to present $300 from previous period (2009) to current period (2010).

    Year                   2009             2010             2011

Capital employed                        $300             $348

You can also use "Point-In-Time" with Set Analysis. But maybe it is too complicated it what you need is something simple.
