Getting Pivot Table to Pivot Properly

Okay,

I have produced a pivot table similar to the one available in the 'What's new in Qlikview 11' example document(Reports tab), but when I try to of pivot some of the dimensions, it sometimes does not work or not move to where I want.

Eg sometimes if I want one of the dimensions on top, it does not move there, whilst at other times all the dimensions pivot fine.

Is there any reason this may happen?

Sometimes you need to right click and expand all before moving dimensions for it to work properly.

I tried having the table expanded all the time but I still seemed to have the same issues.
