Global Document Settings; any way to achieve ?

Hello all,

I made the following settings under "Document Settings".

Document Settings_1.png

Document Settings_2.png

But every time I'm creating a new app, the settings are set to default like below-

My question is-

1) Is there any way to make these as global change, so that the changes will be done only once and it will reflect in all new apps?

2) If creating theme is the solution then how can we achieve?

Thanks in advance,

Joy

Hi,

try to change in User Preferences instead. This will be Your settings not Global.

1) try like below from User Preferences

2) you must create one theme or you can use existing themes to do the same

I'll think you need to use theme to Control that setting

I don't thing whether this Control available in Qlikview for all applications. You may need to create Theme for that

Hi Staffan,

I tried to control the same by using an theme. But may be because of lack of knowledge I was unable to succeed. If you got time please work on it and tell me the status...

Thanks in advance,

Joy

Hi Joy,

follow this document will help you create a theme. How to create themes

Then you need to apply the theme on Objects themself.

I'm not a frequent user of themes, maybe someone else use themes more often.

Search in the community, there are some threads about themes.
