Grey Column Header in Pivot Table

Hi there,

I'm working on a pivot table and for some reason there is a column header that is grey and I can't figure out how to change it.  I've set the style as "Pyjama Blue" but the end column just stays as grey.  It seems like it's some vestigial cell because when I turn the 'Cell Background Color Transparency' and 'Cell Border Transparency' to 100%, it goes away.  But I can't figure out how to change the color.

The column I've circle is the one that I can't figure out how to format.

Any help would be appreciated!  Thank you.

Maybe you can put a blued textbox over that space

It´s a dimension that has been pivoted

You can change it´s color using Control G and right clik with "Custom Format Cell"

I just tried that and it shows that is blue already in the Custom Format Cell box, but is still grey.

Haha that would be an easier fix.  I'm just not sure I could get it to look exactly how it needs to.

Do you need Separate color for Dimension and Expression? I tried to use same color and able to color the Pivoted Column header as well. If possible attach the dashboard, will check.

I don't think I need a separate color for dimension and expression.  Unfortunately I'm unable to attach the dashboard as it has sensitive information.

Find the attached file. I am able to change the color with Custom Formatting. Might be change the style of the Pivot table and try to custom Color Change.

Huh, see in yours when I choose Custom Format Cell I can see the correct color that the cell is.  When I try on mine it shows the background color is blue even though the actual cell is grey.

Thanks for the help though.  I think I'm just going to end up putting a blue box covering it like Clever Anjos suggested
