Qlikview Directory Service Connector (DSC)

• It Keeps track of all the users through the selected Directory Services.

QlikView Distribution Service (QDS)

• The service that is responsible for the Reload, Distribution and Reduction of the QlikView files.

QlikView Management Service (QMS)

• Hosts the Management consoles (QMC) and sends settings to the other services.

QlikView Server (QVS)

• Hosts the QlikView files and allows users to access them through different clients.

QlikView Webserver(QVWS)

• The web server for the Access Point and the AJAX pages.
• Also responsible for load balancing the QVS.

QlikView Settings Service  (QSS)

• When IIS is used, a special service, QlikView Settings Service that handles management Calls is installed.
