Help need in re creating the date

Hi,

I have data like below. i have to re create the the data and time with the below conductions.

• Any ticket that is logged after 5pm Monday – Friday needs to be counted the next day Morning 9am.
• Tickets logged on a Saturday after 12 needs to be counted as the following Monday morning 9 am.

Can you please create the nested if conduction in script level? Please .
