Help with Aggr() set analysis

I'm trying to get the count of new customers YoY using a pivot table. The expression works fine when no selections are made. But when selections are made based on Quarter, the result varies.

E.g.:

Customer 16 is recorded as new customer in 2017 under SC1/SG4 When I select Q2, it shows up as a new customer in 2018 which is incorrect as they have already made purchase in 2017.

E.g:- Customer 17 with Item 4666ZWJWWNB3DDZ is a new Customer in Q2, 2018. But when I select Q3 it still shows up as new customer as duplicates new customer count.

I appreciate any help.Thanks!

Hi Sangeetha,

Ignoring the Quarter Selection will do.

Refer to the expression modified.

Thanks and regards,

Hi Arthur,

It works fine for Customer 16. Customer 17 with Item 4666ZWJWWNB3DDZ is a new Customer in Q2, 2018. But when I select Q3 it still shows up as new customer. That would duplicate the count when we view new customers by Quarter. Please refer attached sample.

Thanks,

Sangeetha
