Help with show/hide columns of a straight table.

Hello all,

I have a QVW where I have some amount for every quarter for every branch. I want to display the columns according to the selections in Qtr field. If I select 1 in Qtr, I need only sum(amount) for qtr1. If I select both 1 & 2, I need two columns for Qtr1 and Qtr2. Could any one please help me out. I tried substringcount but even when I clear all selections the columns do show up in the table. Please find the attached QVW.

Thank you for the quick response. But if no selection is made in 'view' list box, we still have the column for Q1 without values. I want to hide the column completely and show it only when I select 1 from Qtr. It should be shown even when I make multiple selections including 1.
