Hide fields

Hi all

I want to Hide some fields so that they will not appear in "Available fields".?

Make sure the fieldname has a specific prefix (like HIDE or something obvious).

Next, SET the HIDEPREFIX variable to that specific prefix.

But Fields are available when I check "Show system fields". but I want to hide them though "Show system fields" checked.

If they are not needed, drop those fields instead.

If they are needed for the data model, they will stay visible that way.

You cannot hide from the "Show system fields"... and I agree with okg‌ if you don't even need it in the "Show system fields" then what the need of those columns

Actually I need those field just to make association only. so its no use to show them in "Available fields".

And that is exactly why you use HIDEPREFIX .

They are indeed and there is nothing you can change about that.

Your designer will, under normal circumstances, not need the system field, so just uncheck that.
