How to Find Out Reporting Name

Hi I have attach a sample Raw Data for Reporting Name. As Code Mention in Code column who is  Reporting to Code Given in Reporting Code Column.

Name is Given in 3rd Column.

So what is logic to found Reporting name against each Code for which Reporting code is given.
