What can be the calculation or formulae to calculate sales by region or geography? Please help me to get that.

I have to calculate sales for multiple distics of same state for distinct values.

Without knowing what your data looks like maybe something in a chart like...

Dimension = "<your region>"

Expression = Sum(Sales)

or

Dimension = "<your geography>"

Expression = Sum(Sales)

The more detail you can provide in the first try the better too.
