Provide sample data or sample app to work.

Otherwise you can search for Above and Before function in Qlik

growth rates in Qlik Sense

How can i calculate growth rate?

I Dont see what dis has to do with Qlik but i suppose you wat to calculate the percentage increase from 17P to 18P.

You can do that by dividing the P18 value by the P17 value times 100% (in your case: 872/788*100%).
