How to compare two fields with character

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to compare two fields with character and show the differences (i.e. with delimiter "|" in between the country name)?

I have two fields like this:

Current Country	Previous Country
USA|Canada|France	USA|Canada
Germany|China	China|Japan
Korea|Russia	Chile|Ireland

I want to add two more fields for comparing current country and previous country to see if there is any change (add / drop)

Current Country	Previous Country	Current Country: Add (Compare with Previous Country)	Current Country: Drop (Compare with Previous Country)
USA|Canada|France	USA|Canada	France
Germany|China	China|Japan	Germany	Japan
Korea|Russia	Chile|Ireland	Korea|Russia	Chile|Ireland
England	Singapore|Italy|Holland	England	Singapore|Italy|Holland
