How to connect to third party website's API

Hi Frank,

I have a website's URL. I have data on that website which i could export in excel. But rather than exporting in excel i want to fetch the data directly from the website.

I suppose fetching directly from the website could be done through API.. right??

So i need to know how do i get the data from the API?
