How to display the expression value when mouse over a linear gauge chart in a straight table

hi

i am using linear gauge in a straight table , in the gauge setting i have created three segments and distinguishing them by different colors.

I tried enabling the Pop-up Labels in the Gauge Properties window but it doesn't take. I check the option, click OK, then Apply. The expression value does not display. When I go back into the Gauge Properties, the Pop-up Labels option is deselected.

How  can i solve this problem
