How to enable 'Show Alternative' for a field in MultiBox object?

I think there is no option as you ask in multbox object

Show alternative option available in List Box object

i hope you cannot use show alternatives in multibox it will be oly in listbox

This option is not available in Multi box, it is available only single listbox.
