I need to limit the acces to dashboard, for instance, to 10 min and then request again the pasword in order to associate each acces to a cost center.

I think your referring to section access and forcing the user to login to the dashboard every 10 minutes.

Id probably try using the governance dashboard on server to get what you are looking for rather than make the users experience suffer. Also look at the type of licences you are deploying to host your dashboard if they are the most appropriate for your need.
