How to reload the latest version of a background image in Text Object
I tried to reload the latest version of a image as the background in a text object. Any new version of the image is stored in the same folder with the same name. But QlikView wouldn't display the latest version. I tried to reload data, reopen QlikView file, none of those worked, unless I re select the image within the Text Object properties window.
You cannot dynamically update a background image. When you select a background image, QlikView copies the image file contents into the qvw.
You can dynamically update the foreground of an image. In the textbox contents put the path to the image file. Then select "image" from the Representation dropdown.
