How to show a top 20 value in Qlikview

Hi Anand,

Create a variable vTop . Add the variable in the Presentaion tab --> Max Number --> =$(vTop) .

Create a input box. Add the vTop into the Displayed Variables in the General Tab of the input box.

Claick the constraints tab in the input box . Under Value List --> Select the Check Box " Pre Defined Values in Dropdown ". Under listed values add this  20;All Values . Click Ok .

The Values 20, All Values will appear in the dropdown box.when you select 20 .It will display only the top 20 ..if you select All it will display all the values .Hope this helps you ..

Regards,

Chakravarthy.
