We have an app which has two user groups. One user group needs to be able to export to excel and the other group needs to print only. Unfortunately as this functionality is activated in QMC under the same setting 'Enable Print/Export to Excel' we haven't been able to satisfy the requirements of both groups without giving access to both functionalities. These are the combinations we have achieved so far:
- Nominated user groups can print only but the export to excel is disabled (using the 'print when export is disabled' in security settings)
- Nominated user groups can both print and export to excel
I did briefly look at the 'Admin Override Security' setting but this only works when the app is accessed on a desktop session, it doesn't work in AccessPoint.
Is there a way around this?
