How to upgrade Service Releases

Hello QlikCommunity,

currently we running 'QlikView 11.20 Service Release 4' on our environment.

To Upgrade from SR4 to SR5, do we need to uninstall SR4 , or can we just run the Setup from SR5?

You can do a straight install on top of SR4.  Don't forget to backup everything just in case something goes wrong.  Also doing regression testing is always a good idea.
