Assuming that you already have this fields you can do this:

Dimension: Name

Measure: Count({<Delta= {"< 100"}, Name={"Offshore"}>}Delta)

Hi Sujeeth,

Welcome to the Qlik Community! We happy to have you here.

I have edited the title of this thread from "Hi" to "How to use Multiple Conditions" to make it more descriptive. I've also moved it from the Qlik Community Information space to the New to QlikView space, as that is more appropriate for this content.

In the future, please use short but descriptive titles and look for the space that is most fitting for your question, as that will help you get the best responses to your questions.

Thank you!
