If I have personal edition, can I send my file to someone with a developer license?

I know that with a personal edition, you cannot open anyone else's qlikview doc, but could I send mine to someone with a developer license and would they be able to open it?

If they have License, then they can open your file.

Yes they can. Every licensed QlikView user can open your document, on condition that you haven't applied any strict security measures (like Section Access) to your document.

Also remember that if this developer modifies your document and sends it back to you, it will have become the developer's document. Which means you will be unable to open it without spending one recovery attempt.
