Intro to QlikMaps - Where to start

Hello, I now have qlikmaps loaded as an extension to Qlikview. I need to be able to understand how to use, any suggestions? I have watched a couple of videos but still I'm missing the basics. For example, what's the Dimesion represent, Boundary/Path. Need to understand the properties inside the maps.

Only the first 3 are QlikMaps.

In QlikMaps for QlikView there are 3 extension objects.

The Points is used to create a points based map.

The Polygons/Lines  is used to create a polygon or line map.
