Issue: Pivot tables exported to excel in firefox or chrome pivot the other way?

Hi, I have some pivot tables on my qlikview dashboard with 1 dimension for activity names across the top and expressions counting people at combinations of locations down the side.  I checked the 'horizontal' table option to make the table look like this instead of having the dimension down the side.

When I export to excel in accesspoint from either Chrome or Firefox, the table comes out with activities down the side and locations across the top.  This is not expected.  I could fix in excel by selecting the table and copy/paste special/transpose, but this is not necessary if I use IE 11 instead.

When I export to excel in IE11, the table comes out with activities across the top and locations down the side.  This is expected.

We are on QV 11.20 SR12, last updated 6/26/2015.  It seems to only relate to these pivot tables where I used the horizontal table checkbox.  Is this a known issue with a known fix released, or in progress?  Anyone else encounter and resolve it by means other than use IE11 or transpose back in excel?

Thanks for input!

Edit, sorry these are straight tables actually.  I just did one dimension and many expressions, then used the horizontal checkbox to make the expressions go down the side instead of across the top.

And it's happening with IE11 now.  I'm pretty sure I didn't just imagine it working with IE 11 when I did an export before coming here to post.  These two tables are in a container object as well.

..so..  I shall be using excel copy/paste special transpose function for now and may fiddle with the qvw later...
