I am receiving below msg:
Failed To Reach Server (xxx.xx.x.xxx-1) Switching to HTTP tunneling, Conected to Server OK, Security settings denies access......

It could possibly be an issue with the Firewall settings. Make sure you have access to the port 4747 enabled in the Firewall settings.
You could also try restarting QlikView Services and setting the password while doing so (if necessary) to see if it works.
