Like Tableau do we have any action filter type option or workaround.

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a dashboard in QlikView similar to that of Tableau.

There in tableau we had an option, if we click on a specific 'customer no' another window will open with customer details for that selected 'customer no'.

Can we implement similar feature in QlikView?

Best Regards,

Bhavesh Jain

We need to perform some thing like this.

See attached.

Key: Check the layout tab of Chart properties for Conditional value

Click the bar chart and see the result

Thanks

You could add the details to a chart that is hidden unless Customer = only(Customer)

Use the Show Conditional option on the Layout tab  try

      if(Customer = only(Customer), 1, 0)

to show an object when one Customer is selected and set the Layer to Custom +10 to ensure it is on top of other objects.
