Listbox Always Select One Value Not working in Webview

Hi,

Please can someone assist, I recently added a check to a listbox to always have one value selected.  it works perfectly on my pc during testing, however when I upload it to the server and access it via webview it does not seem to work.

I have deleted the Metadata and Shared file afterwards , with the hope that it would fix the issue, but with no luck.

Any Advice?

I am using Qlikview 11.

Hi

Try creating a new document and add the same listbox there with always one value selected. Check it on the access point, if it works for the new document, the issue might be that not all the meta and shared files are deleted.

You can try this which worked for me:

1 - Go into access point and find your dashboard.

2 - From accesspoint, click 'view details'

3 - Click the button 'Remove last document state'.

4 - If you had logged into a work login, log out, then log back in.

5 - See if your 'always one selected' is now working.

This seemed to be some type of a cached issue for me, hope this helps!

Hi,

This problem seemed to fix itself, it just required a few reloads on the server.

not sure why this happened.

I also encountered this problem but none of the above solutions worked for me (and wouldn't deleting .Shared and .Meta potentially cause problems like for example users having created their own bookmarks in the application? And "remove last document state" in access point would probably solve the issue only for me (had it worked) and not for all users?)

But when Googling this issue today I did find a clever solution here: QlikView Maven: Always One Selected Value Really
