Re: Listbox

hello

why don't you limit you data load by specifying something like

where event_date<=today()

you may have to use date() functions to format the dates according to the right format

Re: Listbox

hi Olivier

I cant limit the load, as I am using future dates for Forecast later on

Re: Listbox

well

you could create 2 other field in your calendars with a formula like

if(date<today(),date,null()) as sel_date

and populate your listboxes with those new fields

Re: Listbox

Could probably do that but I'm sure there must be a SET statement to use in the chart directly

Re: Listbox

Use something like

=If(Date#(event_date, 'YYYY/MM/DD') <= Date(Today(2), 'YYYY/MM/DD'), event_date)

EDIT: as an expression in the listbox.
