Hi guys
Could anyone tell me the Pros and Cons in loading data from TXT files vs loading from DataBase?
Is one method faster than the other? while loading from each method does qlikview keep the initial fiels format?
when i read/load a date YYYY-MM-DD fields from TXT file i get a string instead of num why does this happen ? do all fields read/loaded from TxT files are read as string fieldsin qlikview ? or do some have other casting?
