We have exactly the same problem. The QV access point always worked fine (3+ years) in Chrome till yesterdays update to version 64.0.3282.186, which gives the Login Error page. It seems like it automatically prompts incorrect login credentials. This is happening with several colleagues.
We have tried several cleanups, cleaning of history, passwords, resetting the browser, re-installing Chrome, but nothing seems to work yet.
QV works fine in FireFox though. We haven't changed anything in the QV application or server and would like to get back to Chrome.
