Login error

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well.

In last few days, business users of one of our client are facing login issue to one of our application hosted in production server. Screenshot of the error is attached below for reference. This error is occurring only for one application where as other applications are fine.

We have tried reinstalling IE plugin and restarting services which didn’t pay any dividends.

We needed your suggestion to solve this issue. Thank you in advance for your time and guidance.

Hi Ramakrishnan,

This seems like firewall error. Please check the firewalls are working properly.

If Port 4747 is blocked (could be firewall) then Qlikview tries to use tunneling.  But it has to be installed and configured in the IIS.

First check if something is blocking the port and then search for "Tunneling" in the QlikView Server/Publisher reference manual.

Regards,

Nandha

Hi Nandha,

Thank you for the reply. Port 4747 is open and also this issue is coming only for one application, while other applications are running fine.

We have not done any tunneling so far and also there is iis installed here.

Regards

Ram
