Match entries of two fields

Hi,

I have 2 table with two name fields : 

Table1:

id  Name

1  Tom J Hanks

2  Ben Alan Franklin

3 Anne Marie-Jean Hawk

4 Justin Rodriguez

Table2:

Name_entered

Tom Hanks

B. Franklin

Anne H

Justin Rod

Entries in table2 do not contain the entire name. I need a way to match the names of table2 with table1 with the most accuracy possible.
