Mekko chart with Negative Values of Percentage

Dear Team,

i want to show the following requirements in the mekko chart shown in the attached QVW.I have drawn a straight table in the attached QVW  and the mekko chart should be designed based on that Straight table.

1.All the percentage values shown in the straight table should be shown in the Mekko chart(including the negative values percentage)

2.The percentage of each Job should be shown on the top of the bar.

Please help me out regarding this ASAP.

I tried my best to show the negative values as it is required...but it is not working..please help me regarding this.

May be use a stacked bar chart instead of Mekko chart:

I don't think allows that and visually how do you expect it to show the positive and negative information?
