Moving from IF statement to Pick&Match .

Hello All,

I was wondering how can i write the below IF statement using Pick & Match/Wildmatch functions.

=IF(CountryFlag=0 and CountryToggle=0,EmpID,
If(CountryFlag=1 and CountryToggle=1,EmpID))

Just try with

=pick(match(CountryFlag&Countrytoggle,00,11),EmpId,EmpId)
