Multiple dimension in single column

Hii, 

 

Anyone help me with this:

I have a input Region & City.

and output should be as below in pivot table:

Why do you need them in one column? If its just for appearance, you could use indent mode (Styles tab)  in the pivot and remove vertical lines between cells. Set up any partial totals before switching to indent mode.

Is there any special requirement due to which you are not using PIVOT Table?

I am not able to build this pivot table. I want to add Region and city in single column.
