Hi Qlik team,
we have a new Requirement where client wants to compare his Reports in a single bar chart.
according to our Project one single bar in a bar chart is considered as one Report.
User wants to compare 3 Different Reports in a single bar chart, where each bar should have the flexibility to show
the date for Different Env, Year ,Month and date selections.
Please look into the below Image for more info. using Show/hide condition filters will be displayed.
If we press button1 then button 1 related filters will display , at a time only one button filters will be displayed.
Please Find the sample Data and sample Qvw , need help on Expression to include different states in one Exp.
According to My knowledge it is achieved using alternate states. where we can keep all the top filters and Button1 filters in default State
and Button 2 filters in group 1 , and Button 3 filters in Group 2.
Requirement : we have 3 different Environments and 3 Years of data.
1. when the user first select any one value from the each top filters then in the below chart we have to display last 3 months of data including the selected Month. & the same selections have to Reflect in the Filters of Button 2 and Button 3.
2. user can select any another Environment , other year , another month and Another date from the Button 2 filters then we have to show that month in Bar 2. by without changing the Bar 1.
3. in the same way user wants to select button 3 filters to get the data for Different Combinations of Env , year , Month and Date..
Ex: Suppose User selected Deploy,2014 , Jun, 6/1/2014 then in the bar1 have to show june data along with its last 2 months of data.
and we have to show that may month as selected in Button 2 filters so that user can change button 2 filters to see some other month data in Bar 2. same in
Some thing like customized selections in Button2 and Button 3 filters.
Please find the attached Qvw , Please do changes in Expression we are unable to include 2 alternate states in one Expression.
Regards,
Sra1.
