Need to create a straight table

Hi

 I have requirement below. I need to create a table based on the excel data, I have given the requirement in the excel .

can anyone please help

To get the output you need a pivot table to do the grouping.

Product and Month as Dimensions.

Sum(Refered) as Expression and sum(Refreerd%) as Expression.

Expand Product column. Sort Month by load order.
