Need to implement Security based on Role & Department, for Example Sales Department Should See Only Sales Data and HR Department Should See Only Their Department Data. Sales Manager Should See Complete Sales Department Data, but Salespersons Should see Only Their Data Not Complete Sales Department Data, Please Advice how to Implement this Scenario.

This depends your data model, but basically you have to add columns of Department and Role to the basic Section Access table.
For example:
Section Access;
LOAD * INLINE [
ACCESS, USERID, DEPARTMENT, ROLE
USER, User1, SALES, Boss
USER, User2, SALES, Employee
];
Section Application;
