No such host name is known

Dear Friends,

Kindly help me to solve qlikview 11 installation issue.

First I installed qlikview 11 server in windowns 2003. But few services are not started.

Then I gone through community old post, there I found server host name should not more than 16 characters.

Mine is more than 16. So I uninstalled qlikview server and changed system name. and reinstalled.

But still few services are run on old system name only. So i changed into new name by manual.

Now I try to change qlikview web server hostname. But its respond as "No such host name is known"

One more thing I have noticed, I can't change API of management service. Its still in old system name.

Please help me to solve this issue.

I modified API of mangement service by done change in users folder. But still above 2 problems are arriving.
